What does "real on that chain" mean?
Your coin exists twice with the same supply. On Solana it trades on pump.fun. On the chain you picked, PORTAL creates a native token: a Rune on Bitcoin or Litecoin, a Dune on Dogecoin, an issued token on the XRP Ledger, or a token contract on HyperEVM. The whole supply there goes to PORTAL custody, so every token on Solana has one behind it.

Can I move my coins to the other chain?
Not yet. The 1:1 bridge is next: send your coins on Solana to the bridge and receive the same amount on the other chain from custody, and back. Until it opens, the custody addresses below show the full supply sitting there, untouched.
Is the supply fixed?
Yes, everywhere. pump.fun coins have no mint authority. Runes and Dunes are etched with their whole supply up front and no open mint. XRPL issuers are blackholed after issuing. HyperEVM contracts have no owner and no mint function.

Fees
0.05 SOL per launch, paid as its own small transfer after your launch confirms. It pays for creating the token on your chain. You also pay pump.fun's creation cost, Solana network fees and any first buy you choose.
Risks
